title: Deal title
value: Deal value in cents (integer)
currency: Currency code (e.g., "nzd", "usd")
pipeline: Pipeline (group) ID
stage: Stage ID
owner: Owner (user) ID
contact: Contact ID
...: Additional fields as named arguments
